The e-bikes were fantastic! We knew there were some steep and challenging hills (plus we were on holiday!!) so we opted for the e-bikes and they worked a treat! You can choose the setting of how much power you would like or you can have it completely off just like a normal bike too. Great exercise with a little help when needed. Martyn was very helpful. Helmets and locks provided too. Will be definitely calling Martyn again when we return… can’t wait! Thanks!
I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the wonderful bikes we took out yesterday.
They were absolutely perfect, and got us to Lands End and Porthcurno with ease.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the bicycle hire on Wednesday and your expert instructions/itinerary suggestions. We first headed out to Lands End, then over to the Minnack Theatre (that last bit of the ride wasn’t for the faint hearted. Thank god for the turbo setting!!) then over to porthcurno for a few hours and a dip in the sea, before popping to Treem for a nice lunch in a quaint pub. The bikes were absolutely fabulous, such a great way to see the sights and get about. I think we’ve both decided we’ll definitely be back to hire again!
I can thoroughly recommend hiring one of Martyn’s electric bikes for a day. The bike I was given was great to ride and very easy to use. Martyn is very helpful and friendly. He gave great advice on routes to take etc.
The Cornish roads are very easy to cycle along and I felt safe at all times. There are so many wonderful places to visit in this area. I would highly recommend a cycle to Land’s End and then over to the Minack Theatre. There’s a steep hill leading up to the carpark but with an electric bike it’s no problem at all.
I’ll be definitely hiring a bike again on my next visit. Thank you, Martyn.
